First-piece approval
The first machined piece is inspected against the drawing before the production run begins.
In-process inspection
Dimensional checks at [FILL — interval] using [FILL — micrometers, thread gauges, calipers — list what you actually use].
Final inspection & sampling
Per [FILL — your AQL or sampling method] before packing.
Documentation
Inspection report and material test certificate with every export shipment, on request.
